Vinnie Morgan is the brother of Kim Morgan—a teenager who was raped and murdered—who relentlessly pursues justice in his sister's case. When Taylor Rolator, one of Kim's assailants, is granted immunity by law enforcement for his cooperation in prosecuting the other two involved, Vinnie achieves a sense of vigilante justice by shooting and presumably killing Rolator outside Princeton University, where Rolator was enrolled in classes.
