Jeffrey Stone is a loner at South Central High School who sells merchandise he buys to the students at his school. He is mistaken for a thief and vandal at his high school and is frequently compared to his brother, Kyle Stone, who was a basketball star at South Central before becoming lost in Cambodia and presumed dead. This, along with his parents' separation shortly after his brother's disappearance, takes a toll on Jeffrey, who seeks to escape it all.
