Diane and Tom dance at the Valentines Day dance and they go into the hallway and started kissing by the lockers and they admitted to liking each other and they had lot of fun dancing together.
Diane and Tom was waiting for Tom father Tom Sr. To arrived but never show up because prior to that Tom father Tom Sr. Was killed at the diner he and his partner was having dinner and they were shot by burglar that was also unfortunately Tom father didn’t make it and the cops arrive at the school when they tell him he father was at the hospital but never made it out the operating room and his partner survived the shooting Tom dubbed this his worst date ever because of his father death.
Tom and Diane broke up soon after the dance and she was never heard of or mentioned again.
