Hi! I'm Morgi (or Tobias) and I'm new to fandom.com but I've been aware of wikis and this wiki in particular for a while. I looked up this wiki after I finished watching both the shows and was disappointed to find so much information missing.
I might need a bit to get the hang of using fandom.com but I made an account so that I could contribute what I know about 21 Jump Street & Booker after finishing the shows and doing some online research to compensate for the work-in-progress wiki here.
I have found a few Angelfire fan websites from the 90s and early 00s dedicated to 21 Jump Street and Johnny Depp that I think could be a good starting point for topics like in-depth episode guides prewritten by one of the Angelfire site owners. These guides will need to be rewritten or properly credited to avoid plagiarism. I also found trivia and stories behind real world events surrounding the creation of the show such as Johnny's departure from 21 Jump Street, but these will need to be sourced as the creator of the site didn't source anything besides reference "the 1998, Rolling Stone-State of the Union" as one of their sources, the rest are uncredited hearsay and could be entirely fabricated rumors. I noticed in the post history on this forum someone was searching for the source of a song from an episode and in the conversation was linked a Geocities website that also attempted to source music played throughout the show and I am interested in furthering the effort to discovering the unidentified songs and archiving or cataloging them on this wiki. To the admin, there's a particular song from the beginning of episode 13 "Hacker" of Booker that I've been dying to find and can't seem to but I saw that you uploaded a rip of "Street Crime" and was wondering if you could please upload that song to your Soundcloud too?
I am currently making a transcription of every episode for fanfiction purposes (so I wrote it like a fanfic) but I suppose the text could be converted to a screenplay format after some effort. The project is also intended to be accompanied by an Excel spreadsheet of every named character, what episode(s) they appear in, if they are a victim or criminal or neither or both, and a brief description of them or their relation to other characters. I started with the pilot episode but I think I might skip ahead and do Booker the show first because it's shorter than 21 Jump Street. I have not yet seen the two movies 21 Jump Street and 22 Jump Street.
Anyway, I hope the community accepts me and helps me help you flesh out this wiki. Is this the only forum to talk about the wiki and the 21 Jump Street franchise? I am willing to make or join a Discord channel so that we can instant message and better share information with ease. Assistance and communication are appreciated! Thank you.
